
Requests by you (The customer) to return Catalogue items to us (Seagull Fittings Limited) will be accepted subject to a Returns Fee and a Handling Charge (if applicable) subject to the below criteria:
- The goods are unused and sourced from one of the current Seagull Fittings Online Catalogue*
- The goods are not flagged as Clearance or Discontinued
- The goods are in a resaleable condition
- The goods must be in their original packaging where possible, with all instruction manuals and accessories included
- Requests to return goods within 14 days of the date of delivery will be subject to a £10 Return Fee to cover handling and re-stocking
- Requests to return goods after 14 days and up to a maximum of 30 days of the date of delivery, will be subject to a £20 Return Fee plus a 25% Handling Charge
- All packages for return must be clearly labelled on the outer packaging with a Seagull Fittings Returns Number which will be issued by Seagull Fittings upon approval of the return.
- [Goods received without a Returns Number will be rejected and as such will be returned to sender with the applicable delivery charge applied]
- Carriage is organised by us (Seagull Fittings) and the goods must be ready for collection the day after a Returns Number is issued; collection will only be attempted once**
- Any goods shipped outside of the UK must be returned to a valid UK address at your cost for us to arrange collection
- Please note that a higher Return Fee will be applied to 6m Tubing and Pallets.
*Seagull Fittings is unable to accept any return of goods sourced on a customer’s behalf which are not listed within the current Seagull Fittings online catalogues. Such orders for non-catalogue goods are considered non-cancellable and therefore non-returnable and as such are accepted entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Seagull Fittings is unable to accept any return of non-stocked catalogue goods. Such orders for non-stocked catalogue goods are considered non-cancellable and therefore non-returnable and as such are accepted entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Bespoke assemblies are considered non-stocked and non-catalogue items and are therefore non-cancellable and non-returnable.
**You can return goods via your own method. However, all goods must have a valid Returns Number clearly marked on the box and will only be accepted if the above requirements are met.
Seagull fittings cannot accept responsibility for returns forwarded by customers using their own carriers and a POD would need to be provided. The goods being returned must be adequately packaged.
